Expertise in building the capacities of company boards

Many of ABV’s volunteers hold or have held senior management and board positions in the private and public sectors and so have a wealth of experience to share in relation to corporate governance.

ABV has run many corporate governance mentoring programs designed around a model known as BBG (the Better Business Governance Program).

Designed by directors with a wealth of corporate experience BBG is delivered by two business volunteers and is aimed at building the skills of directors, company secretaries and company CEOs. The program consists of several workshops and is usually conducted over two week period. One-on-one mentoring sessions are conducted between workshops to provide practical guidance to participants.
