Your referees should be people with whom you are currently working or with whom you have recently worked. Preferably, one should be a person who is or was in a supervisory capacity to you and the other a person whom you have supervised or trained. In nominating these referees, you are agreeing that ABV may contact one or both of the persons to further discuss the reference. Email the attached pro forma to your referee, and ask them to email it directly back to ABV's Volunteer Manager.
