Under the Australian government funded Volunteer Program, micro, small and medium enterprises, government agencies, local NGOs and other civil society organisations such as charities or community groups can access skilled ABV Volunteers.
Country Programs are guided by AusAID approved Country Strategies. These Strategies have been developed in consultation with the host Governments, AusAID, and various other stakeholders.
Clients nearly always contribute towards these costs by providing accommodation, the Volunteer’s living allowance, or in some cases a contribution toward the airfare. In some special cases we may fully fund the cost of the assignment - talk to your local In-Country Manager (ICM).
