Your referees should be people with whom you are currently working or with whom you have recently worked. Preferably, one should be a person who is or was in a supervisory capacity to you and the other a person whom you have supervised or trained. In nominating these referees, you are agreeing that ABV may contact one or both of the persons to further discuss the reference.
