ABV Leadership Development Program

The goal of this program is to provide participants with 21st century leadership skills. Individuals or teams of your high potential employees are placed with ABV clients in developing communities for a period of one month. During this time, they mentor, advise and train clients on specific business and organisational needs.

When working interstate or overseas, teams of employees live together. They are also tasked as a group to develop and implement a self-initiated project that will benefit their host community.

ABV provides:

  • a flexible program adapted to your organisational needs;
  • the matching of employee skills with client needs;
  • comprehensive pre-departure preparation, including cultural awareness activities;
  • all logistical support;
  • in-county/community support;
  • participant liaison;
  • media liaison in-county; and
  • participant de-briefing.

Compared to conventional institution-based leadership development training, the ABV program is cost effective and offers unique benefits.
