Governance

A non-executive Board governs ABV to ensure accountability and transparency in all its operations. The Board meets six times per year to determine the overall direction and policies of the organisation in accordance with the constitution. The Board employs the Chief Executive officer who is responsible for the management of the organisation. Current Board members include:
