Support Our Work

There are several ways in which you can support the work of Australian Business Volunteers.

Consider applying to become a Volunteer

If you have work expertise and experience in a particular area, why not consider submitting an application? Click here to begin.

Spread the word about ABV

Friends and family members who may be newly-retired or self-employed, have sound work skills and are fit and willing to become Volunteers. Refer them to this website for more information. www.abv.org.au

Stay informed about ABV assignments

Now and then, if we are unable to find a registered Volunteer for a particular assignment (e.g. because they lack a particular work skill, or are not free to do an assignment at that time) we will advertise the skill requirement in this list. You, or someone you know, may have the required skills. Click here to see the Upcoming Assignments currently on our books.

Check our News and Events

The ABV website provides details of upcoming meetings and Volunteer Receptions in your area including our magazine Perspectives.

Give financial support for our work

Consider making a donation to the AESOP Foundation. All donations, no matter how small, are gratefully accepted. Click here to find out more about the AESOP Foundation.

Consider including a bequest for ABV when writing your will.

Bequests are a particularly useful way to support ABV as their investment potential means that they can become a form of sustainable income for the organisation. Email info@abv.org.au for more information.

Join an ABV Regional Volunteer Group in your region.

Meet returned Volunteers and learn more about what it is like to be an ABV Volunteer in a developing country. Click here for more information on Returned Volunteer Groups.
